What Does This Warranty Cover?
This Limited Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in Covered Products, subject to the sole discretion of National Safety Apparel, Inc. (NSA).
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover repair or replacement of products due to wear and tear.
How Long Does This Coverage Last?
This Limited Warranty runs for 90 days from the date of delivery of the Covered Product.
What Limitations Apply?
In order for this Limited Warranty to apply, a product must be used for the application for which it is intended, with all warnings, use, and care instructions followed (a “Covered Product”). NSA has sole discretion to determine whether a product is a Covered Product. If NSA determines that a product is not a Covered Product, e.g., that it has been used outside the application for which it was intended, or that warnings, use, or care instructions were not followed, NSA reserves the right to deny coverage under this Limited Warranty.
What Remedy Does This Limited Warranty Provide?
If, after formal inspection, NSA determines a product is a Covered Product under this Limited Warranty, NSA will repair, or provide a replacement for, that Covered Product.
How Do You Get Service?
In order to be eligible for product repair or replacement under this Limited Warranty, you must contact Customer Service before sending the product back.

Disclaimer of the Implied Warranties of Fitness for a Particular Purpose and Merchantability
NSA’s products are sold as-is. NSA makes no warranty that its products are suitable for any particular purpose. NSA explicitly disclaims the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. NSA explicitly disclaims the implied warranty of merchantability. The foregoing constitutes the exclusive remedy of the buyer or user of NSA’s products, and NSA’s sole obligation for claims based upon defects in or nonconformity of its products.
NSA's Limited Return Policy
All returns for which a refund is sought are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus return freight.
In order to return a product, you must contact Customer Service for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number before sending the product back.

Reservation of Rights
NSA reserves the right to reject returned goods if they are not in excellent condition, subject to the sole discretion of NSA. Non-Stock and Made-To-Order (MTO) items are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and nonrefundable. In order to protect its employees and customers from any additional risk, NSA will not be accepting returns of any COVID related products.
Requests for large quantity returns may be refused or partially accepted, subject to NSA’s sole discretion.
